One of my first assignments in my mentorship with Paul Scott Canavan. I designed 2 visually different fantasy characters who would team up to face off against an off screen enemy in a larger illustration.
Solarium is a project born out of my love for terrariums, moss, and mycelium. Its also an excuse to use Blender, DAZ, and Quixel Bridge in my project pipeline.
Finishing up another sketchbook. Here are a few of my favorite doodles from this one.
I enjoyed Invincible and can’t wait for the next season. Looking forward to seeing what this guy is up to.
This project was excuse to push my 3D production skills. Creating modular pieces to create scenes has been really interesting to me recently. 3D was done in Blender and brought over into Photoshop to finish up.
Literal Growth – A fake Magic the Gathering card that I made to expand my portfolio. I started with a 3D base in Blender and then painted over everything in Photoshop.
I had to the honor of being part of Light Grey Art Lab’s recent group show. Where we reflected on moments from our artist residency trip in Norway. This piece was an attempt at capturing the dreamlike landscape of the area surrounding Norheimsund and Hardangerfjord while also remembering the vast amount of artist knowledge that was shared by such a fantastic group of fellow artists.
Below is a messy gif of my process
A Dungeons and Dragons commission that I recently finished. They wanted an illustration that encompassed their friend’s group and game.
Between work and the recent trip to Norway with the Light Grey Art Lab I’ve been able to squeeze out a few personal sketches. Stay tuned for some professional work soon.
